OUR BAGS
We stand behind our quality and durability on all packs, bags and accessories, which is why Topo Designs offers a reasonable lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Our warranty does not cover any damage caused by neglect, improper care, accident, or normal wear and tear.
OUR APPAREL
Topo Designs also offers a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship on apparel. We design and build every piece with quality and durability at the forefront. We expect that you'll use your gear, so normal wear and tear isn't covered. If you still love our worn apparel too much to get rid of, check out our Repairs Program below.
Our Repairs Program
One of the best parts of building products that last, is that they become a part of the people that own them. World travel companions, daily pack mules, and protective second skins. Some products tend to be used so much they suffer from a bit of tough love. We get that, and instead of replacing them, we want to offer you the opportunity to get them nursed to health and back in action.
We also realize that sometimes accidents happen to new things. So even if your dog ate it, you fell on your bike ride, or the realization that gum and zippers don't mix, reach out and ask us about helping you fix an "oops."
Our repairs program is focused on creating a rehab center for those well-loved or accident-prone pieces so they can stay in the family, reducing the number of pieces that are discarded for something new.

Warranty Claims
Ultimately, it is at the discretion of Topo Designs if a product is eligible for repair, but we’ll always work with you to determine the best solution possible. On average, repairs take about 4-6 weeks to complete, and we’ll keep you updated if it exceeds this amount of time for any reason. Handle the Repair Yourself
We also encourage you to check out local options to make the repairs process quick and easy. A tailor or shoe repair store in your area can not only fix most issues, but will also cut down on your costs and the environmental impact of shipping the product back and forth.
If you decide to go this route, simply send us before and after photos and a copy of the repair receipt to receive a Topo Designs Online Gift Card for the cost of the repair.
