Shipping
We are a small team, located in Torquay, Vic - we pick up the phone, answer your emails and wrap up your packs. We all love a speedy delivery, so we endeavour to ship your order within 24 hours on weekdays.
Orders placed on the weekend and public holidays are shipped the following working day.
Shipping is calculated at check out and your parcels are delivered by Australia Post, unless delivery address is in New Zealand in which case we ship with DHL express.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligible return requests must be received within 14 days of the delivery date. Please initiate your return by logging into your your account or initiate a return here.
A flat rate return fee of AUD14.95 applies for AU orders and AUD30 for NZ orders. Exchange shipping (back and forth) is charged at AUD28.90 for AU orders and AUD60 for NZ orders.
Refunds for change of mind or sizing issues are available for full price purchases made by credit card or PayPal only.
Afterpay purchases and items discounted by less than 30% are eligible for exchange, but not refund.
Items discounted by 30% or more are final sale and not eligible for return unless faulty so please choose carefully and contact us for additional product information if unsure.
Please note, we do not accept returns on socks and headwear for hygiene reasons.
Products for exchange or refund must be unused, in "as new" condition with all original packaging intact. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and handling expenses and assumes responsibility for the goods until received, so please return items using a trackable service and share details so we can monitor shipment.
Any refunds will be made via the payment method used to purchase and will be processed within one week of receipt of the returned item/s.
